We provide expert Floristry Training that is accessible to all abilities. We are based in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.
We want to be on your floral journey with you! Whatever that may be!……..hobby, self-employed, technical updating or to achieve qualifications.
Our services consist of: Qualifications, Workshops, Tailored Courses, One to ones, Demonstrations, Business Consultation, Coaching/Mentoring and Bespoke Sympathy Designs.
We have a retail shop called ‘Rose Barn’ that is based within our cutting garden. It can be viewed by appointment or on attendance of a workshop or course. We sell florist sundries/tools and giftware.
We have a modern, light and airy classroom which overlooks the Cutting Garden. We have an extensive selection of resources including a very large library of floristry books. We provide endless tea, coffee and biscuits and a very friendly atmosphere.
The team comprises of business partners Alison Hoad HDF and Dee Watkins Cert Ed, HDF and volunteers Patrick and Liz.
Expert tuition by Dee Watkins HDF, Cert Ed who has been teaching Floristry in Further Education Colleges for 9 years and has worked in the floristry industry for 32 years.
Alison Hoad HDF who has been a teaching assistant for 3 years and has studied floristry intensively for 9 years. Alison also manages the cutting garden which has proven to be an invaluable resource for all of our classes.
